EfM hosts a book discussion of Life Together by Dietrich Bonhoeffer

Tuesday evenings April 14 & 21 at 6:30 p.m. either online or in Will Hall, if possible

Life Together is about the way a Christian community and its practices make Christ present in the world. From the introduction: “Life Together … was Bonhoeffer’s own reflection on his attempt to create such a community with his seminarians in Finkenwald from 1935 to 1937. Finkenwald was one of five Confessing Church seminaries that emerged after pro-Nazi Reich bishop, Ludwig Müller, ordered the closing of preacher’s seminaries in the Old Prussian Union church in March 1934.”
